Last spring I got to meet up with the very talented Vanessa from Vanessa Marie Studios and her daughter Lexi for what turned out to be an absolutely gorgeous mother/daughter session. It was an amazing night and the new spring blooms were just the cherry on top. It was so special being able to capture the unbreakable bond between these two. It’s clear that Vanessa absolutely adores Lexi and she is her whole world. . These two walked around the flower field, picked flowers, gave lots of kisses and hugs to each other and even some tickles. I just loved this session so much I’m thinking of offering a few of these session this spring! So stay tuned for that.…

I know I have said this before but seriously I have some good-looking clients and this family is no exception. I was so excited to finally meet Pam and her family after having to reschedule our session a few times due to weather. We met at the always beautiful Campbell Valley Park in Langley on father’s day and it was the most gorgeous sunny day, it couldn’t have been more perfect! I loved getting to walk around the park and chat and get to know these four more. Pam you are stunning and I am so happy to hear of the arrival of your new little man and I can’t wait to see you all again at your lifestyle newborn…

I am absolutely loving all these maternity sessions I am doing lately. Getting to be part of such a special time and capturing the connection and love between this family before they become a family of 5 is priceless. We had our first session rain out so we were forced to reschedule. Chantell suggested her in-law’s property for photos as farming is such a big part of their family. When I showed up for the session I was squealing with excitement at the light and the scenery was so…

I am so in love with this with this maternity session. The light, the wild flowers and the love this family has for one another made it just perfect! When Vanessa contacted me for her maternity session she right away mentioned she wanted wild flowers to signify spring and we found just that. Aren’t we so lucky we live in such a gorgeous province?! Congrats to you all and I hope you are all settled in with your new little bundle. ¬†Here are a few favourites from our session.
